Magnolia Trace is nestled in the quiet heart of
the Westbank in Harvey, only 10 minutes from the Central Business
District. Jefferson Parish has designated this development as its
first private, gated community.

Laced iron gates and a guardhouse greet incoming visitors with evidence
that this upscale community was designed with the homeowner in mind.
It is close to schools, medical offices, shopping and the Westbank
Regional Library.

Prior to commencement of construction on home
sites, the Magnolia Trace new Construction Committee must approve all
plans and specifications. Each homeowner becomes a member of the
Magnolia Trace Homeowners Association (with dues currently at $600
annually).
The single entrance to Magnolia Trace at the Guardhouse restricts
access to the subdivision by means of an electronic iron gate on the south
side of Magnolia Trace Drive near Manhattan. Residents will enter by
means of an electronic tag or resident code at the entrance.
Installation of a video system that would allow residents to see incoming
visitors entering the area is also in the works.
